Most in stock orders ship same business day if ordered by 1PM EST.
Most all in-stock orders that we receive before 1PM EST M-F are shipped the same business day. Orders we receive after 1PM EST are shipped the next business day.
Express Orders may have a later cut-off time up to 4PM EST depending on the carrier. The order will be processed and shipped the same day if permitted by the carrier's window.
International Orders may require additional processing time for shipment due to customs preparation requirements.
TIME IN TRANSIT (USA)
Shipping times and delivery dates are not guaranteed except for orders shipped Express or Expedited. While over 95% of all our standard shipments are delivered within 2-4 business days, there may be rare occasions when delivery is later than usual. This is especially the case during the Christmas Holiday season beginning the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Late Shipments are shipments that have been delayed in transit by the carrier or that have not been delivered by the estimated delivery date. Up to 10 business days after the day of shipment is allowed for delivery until a shipment is considered "Lost."
Lost Shipments are shipments that have not been delivered within 10 business days from the date of shipment and whose current location and status are unknown. Once we have declared a shipment lost, we will ship you a replacement order at no additional charge.
NOTE: We will not ship a no-charge replacement order until 10 business days have passed from the original shipment date.
TIME IN TRANSIT (International)
Shipping times and delivery dates are not guaranteed. While over 90% of all our international shipments are delivered within 10 business days, there may be occasions when delivery is later than usual. This is especially the case during the Christmas Holiday season which begins the Friday after the Thanksgiving Holiday in the USA.
Lost Shipments are shipments that have not been delivered within 30 business days from date of shipment and whose current location and status are unknown. Once we have declared a shipment lost, we will ship you a replacement order at no additional charge.
NOTE: Shipments delayed by Customs are not considered lost and a replacement order will not be sent for any shipments delayed or seized by Customs.
While we make every effort to ensure a swift and safe delivery of your shipment, it is ultimately the responsibility of our international customers to determine whether the product they are ordering could be in violation of their nation's import laws.
Taxes, Tariffs & Fees assessed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. Anubis Labz does not impose any additional fees on our international customers except where required by law.
Customs Seizures of any international shipment are non-refundable. Anubis Labz is not responsible for any shipment seized by international customs authorities and no refunds will be issued for these orders.
Undeliverable shipments are those that are returned to us by the carrier due to an invalid address, a pickup failure or any other reason except those as a result of our error. These shipments are processed as "Undeliverable" and a refund is issued less the original shipping charges and an additional $5 undeliverable fee.
Address Correction is a process by which some carriers will automatically correct an incorrect address while the shipment is in transit. Any fees (usually around $10) incurred for address correction not as a result of our error will be charged to your account. These fees are imposed by the carrier - not Anubis Labz.
Anubis Labz is not responsible for any shipments lost or delayed due to natural disaster, war, terrorism, labor strikes or acts of God. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim of loss with the shipment carrier for reimbursement.
